| This may seem like an odd request.... but does anyone have any wedding pictures taken from inside the Mississauga City Hall?? It is a popular spot for indoor/winter wedding pictures... however, I can't find any sample pictures of what they look like online. I was hoping that perhaps someone on the board may have had their own photos taken there, or knows someone who did. The foyer is large with green marble everywhere... but I just want to see what actual wedding photos would look like. If you do happen to have some photos... pleaaaaase post them up here if you can! I'm desperate!!! Thanks!!

The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness.
Making the decision to have a child-it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.
The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom.
To understand a mother's love, bear your own children.
Mother is the name for God on the lips& in the hearts of little children.
A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.
Mrs. M and loving it!!!

Yeah... those are pics of the reception hall that they have at City Hall on the Upper floors. But what I need are pics from the Grand Foyer.... it's on the main level and it's basically a big huge foyer with green marble pillars and walls all around. Supposedly they make a nice backdrop for wedding photos, but I can't find any sample pics at all. We already have our reception venue booked... but just need a place to go to take all of our wedding photos indoors....... it's been soooo hard to find anywhere nice that ISN'T a greenhouse

since we are on the topic of city hall, do you need a permit to go there and take pics? I have an outdoor venue for my pics but just in case of rain i wouldnt mind an indoor.

sriebot (4/17/2006) since we are on the topic of city hall, do you need a permit to go there and take pics? I have an outdoor venue for my pics but just in case of rain i wouldnt mind an indoor.I know that with the Mississauga City Hall.... you do not need any sort of permit at all. It's completely free, and open to the public. They say it's on a "first come, first served" basis.... so you just show up whenever you are ready and can take your pics. That's another plus about having them done there.. | | | |
