This may seem like an odd request.... but does anyone have any wedding pictures taken from inside the Mississauga City Hall?? It is a popular spot for indoor/winter wedding pictures... however, I can't find any sample pictures of what they look like online.

I was  hoping that perhaps someone on the board may have had their own photos taken there, or knows someone who did.  The foyer is large with green marble everywhere... but I just want to see what actual wedding photos would look like.

If you do happen to have some photos... pleaaaaase post them up here if you can!  I'm desperate!!!     Thanks!!

check the archives from the old talkboard. Do a search for mississauga city hall pictures or some variation and see what you come up with. Perhaps there is a vendor review in the newlywed section of the old boards where someone posted their pictures .. worth looking through them cuz you never know what you'll find!!

Yeah... those are pics of the reception hall that they have at City Hall on the Upper floors.  But what I need are pics from the Grand Foyer.... it's on the main level and it's basically a big huge foyer with green marble pillars and walls all around.  Supposedly they make a nice backdrop for wedding photos, but I can't find any sample pics at all.   We already have our reception venue booked... but just need a place to go to take all of our wedding photos indoors....... it's been soooo hard to find anywhere nice that ISN'T a greenhouse

since we are on the topic of city hall, do you need a permit to go there and take pics?  I have an outdoor venue for my pics but just in case of rain i wouldnt mind an indoor.

I know that with the Mississauga City Hall.... you do not need any sort of permit at all.  It's completely free, and open to the public.  They say it's on a "first come, first served" basis.... so you just show up whenever you are ready and can take your pics.  That's another plus about having them done there..
