Vendor Review Policy
We believe that providing an open forum for brides-to-be to share their ideas, opinions and experiences is a valuable service. It is an awesome tool to improve communication and access to information among your peer group. With this ability to communicate to many people instantaneously there is danger for misuse and abuse. This is particularly true when it comes to the posting of negative reviews about vendors. It can be a fine line between fair comment and libel. When you are posting negative comments please be careful to stick to the facts and use the boards as a means of sharing valuable information for other brides not as a forum for venting your frustrations or seeking retribution for perceived wrongs. Unfair comments that you make in the heat-of-the-moment can have potentially significant legal consequences for you and potentially us. If you had a particularly negative experience it may be best to provide a general outline of the problem and use the PM function of the boards to communicate in more detail with brides who would like more information. If a vendor contacts us requesting a negative review be removed we will do so immediately, to protect ourselves from potential liability. This does not mean that we are taking their side, in fact, we will not get involved in vendor/customer disputes, and we will not allow members to use the boards as leverage in threatening vendors with bad publicity. Finally, please keep in mind when you are reading reviews from brides that no business can expect to have a 100% satisfaction rate with their customers. Accordingly, when you read a negative review we suggest you use it as one additional piece of information to weigh in your decision making process, not necessarily as the final word. And remember there are usually at least two sides to every story.

Good advice Krystine, especially for us to keep in mind that there are 2 sides to every story... not just a disgruntled bride, or a ticked off vendor.
MrsMtobe ~Live and let live ~ Mod Squad Moderator The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness. Making the decision to have a child-it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body. The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom. To understand a mother's love, bear your own children. Mother is the name for God on the lips & in the hearts of little children. A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. Mrs. M and loving it!!!
