| Hm, I'd have to agree that you should talk to your seamstress... I wouldn't know where to start with that fabric either... Just get it done by a professional and don't worry about it
Cheers, Julia!

| Hi here is the best information I could find for you! I hope this helps! "We bustle tulle dresses all the time, and we do it no differently than for any other dress. First, starting at the center back seam (about the middle of the dress), lift the dress (including all the layers) and using a safety pin, pin them together. Then take the pin and pin it to the back of the dress under the bodice so that the back length of the dress is close to the same length at the front.
At that point, you will need to unpin the dress and tack the layers together (at the point where the pin was). We then hand crochet a couple of loops from silk thread (very strong), and sew a couple of buttons at the back bodice (where the pin was attached). The loops are then looped over the buttons.
If the dress is still too long on the sides of the center seam, you will need to attach more loops to the dress--and more buttons at the back. That's all there is to it. "
