We'll be paying for the DJ and the videographer.  Our photographer will be coming after the meal just to cover cutting the cake, first dance, bouquet and garter toss so he won't be there for the meal.  Our videographer is a distant family friend.  He's FSIL step father and was not booked by me or FH.  He comes as a package with his wife and FSIL grandmother.

I expect to be fed as I do all-day coverage. If I get a guest meal, this means pictures of the courses for the bride and groom.  If I get a vendor meal I am perfectly fine with that, but do not do photos of the food in that case (I find it rude to make a person not start eating because I have to take 5 or 6 shots of their food from different angles).

We are paying for our photographers meal. He's such a great guy that I don't really mind at all.

I haven't thought to ask about our DJ though-he comes with the package that we got with our hall. Hmmm...I guess I'll have to email the event coordinator for my reception facility and double check with her. But it wasn't in our contract-so I really hope we don't have to pay for his meal-however, I'd rather have a fed and happy DJ than an unhappy, cranky one.

I am feeding the videographer because he will be there most of the night.  The photographer is leaving at about 6:30pm, so I am not feeding him.

The dj's are the "in house" guys... so they told us 'off the record' that the hall will feed them anyways, so we don't have to worry about paying for a meal for them.  They are really decent guys.
