| Hey everyone... I'm getting married this December 2, 2006. Anyone else having a December wedding?? December wasn't my first choice, but it's the only time that ended up working out with our schedules... and we didn't want to have to wait until 2007. Anyone incorporating Christmas into their wedding theme?? I was thinking about it but then changed my mind.

YAY! Another December '06 bride! We're tying the knot on the 30th. I'm veering away from the Christmas theme... red and green just doesn't do it for me. I'm doing pink... the color of pink poinsettias!

| lol ---- no red and green theme for me either!! Some people were trying to get me to use the "christmas colours" but I just don't like the way it looks! I think I will go with a gold/ivory theme. Do you know where you will be taking your photos? I am having a lot of trouble finding somewhere to take indoor photos (other than a greenhouse).

| We're in Winnipeg, and we're having pictures taken in the Manitoba Legislative building...
...and an old bank building called the Millenium Center...
They both have very cool interiors. And then we'll have picture taken at our venue...

| I am a December bride too, the 29th to be exact. My colours are a deep blue, with gold and ivory accents. I am hoping that there is snow this year (as there wasn't any last year) so I can get my photos taken outside. I would love to hear any ideas that you are using for your weddings ie favours, decorations, that sort of thing

| Hi! My wedding colours are in my avatar (and inthe pic below). We're doing mostly ivory, and accenting with burgundy and pink. We're having mini-lights and candles everywhere. The ceremony is at 4-ish, when the sun is just going down, and the snow just sparkles. Boquet is this:
Centerpieces are going to be similar to this:
The hall is already fabulous, so we're not doing much more for decorations.

| Those centrepieces are just gorgeous. I still have to develop mine. I am going to do alot of white lights too. The room that we are in also has sparkling lights in the ceiling overlooking the city. I have not decided on flowers yet, but I am thinking roses for some reason. I still need to set up some meetings with florists and hear what they have to say.
