Hi all,
I know that there's a "DJ Services" post in this forum that had many brides posting their DJ prices but no one gave company names...
Can anyone recommend a DJ in the GTA who costs $500 or around that price?
Thanks!
Mel

I could be wrong but I think that in the GTA you will have a very hard time finding a good DJ for $500. Everything is so expensive around here. Good luck.

| I initially budgeted for $500.00 for a decent DJ, but found no one, so I found an awesome guy (JAY) that will do it all for $800.00. He was very helpful with program timelines, types of music, table set-up, and he has been doing it for over 15 years. He has over 20,000 songs in his library and is more than willing to play anything you want (you can provide him with songs too). If you are interested, please let me know and I'll give you his info. Oh, he's also NOT one of those cheesy DJs that bring in a flourescent company sign...he's very tasteful.

We used an awesome DJ. Melissa Forsyth. She is also a DJ for a radio station.

I agree that it will be hard to find a dj in Toronto that is $500 or less.

| Maybe you should try getting quotes from a few DJs through the CDJA (link attached) and then, if you've gotten any quotes in your price range try posting their names for references from the boards. At least if a DJ is a member of the association, they would hopefully be reputable and vetted... http://www.cdja.org/consumerpages/consumershomepage1.htm
