I am very rough on my jewellry, which is why I only buy costume jewellry from street vendors, so I'm extra cautious. I don't wear it when I'm sleeping, working out, showering, cleaning, or doing anything that will mess up my ring. I leave it the ring box when I don't wear it so I'll never lose it.
----------------------------------------------- I went to a restaurant that serves "breakfast at any time". So I ordered French Toast during the Renaissance.

I take mine off to shower/ do dishes/ gardening, but it is on my finger every other second of the day. I love it!
