Hi everyone...

I'm just trying to put together our directions for our guests....and I need some help.  Our wedding and recption is at Legends Estates Winery in Beamsville.  And I've done up directions that look like this:

Directions to our ceremony & Reception

From Toronto:

Take Gardiner Expressway West

Take Gardiner Expressway to QEW

Take QEW Niagra

Take the RR-18/Ontario ST. Exit-EXIT 64-Beamsville

Turn Left at the lights and follow Ontario St until just before the lake to-LEGENDS ESTATES WINERY

Estimated time from Young St: 50 mins

From London:

Take 401 East-toward Toronto

Take the HWY-403 exit- EXIT 235- toward BRANTFORD / HAMILTON.

Merge on to QEW Niagra

Take the RR-18/Ontario St. Exit 64-Beamsville

Turn left at the lights and follow Ontario St. Until just before the lake to-Legends Estates Winery.

Estimated time from London: 90 mins

From Guelph/Cambridge:

Take the Hanlon /Provincial Rd. 6 South.

Take Hwy.401 East Ramp-Towards Hwy 6/Hamilton/Toronto

Take Hwy. 6 South exit 299. Toward Guelph/Hamilton

Turn right on Queen st/Provincial Route.6 south.

Take Hwy. 403 East ramp towards Qew/Toronto

Merge on to QEW Niagra

Take the RR-18/Ontario St Exit 64-Beamsville

Turn left at the lights and follow Ontario St. Until just before the lake to-Legends Estate Winery.

Estimated time from Guelph: 60 mins

Our invites are the same size as a letter sized paper folded over, and the directions will be placed inside.  Is this too much?  I'm going to have to make it smaller to fit on a smaller piece of paper...and I was planning on including a map....

What is everyone else doing?  ANY help would be great...I'm stressin a bit here...

Thanks!

-K

That's exactly what I was thinking of doing as well.  If you have a website, you could always include the website in the invite and have more detailed directions available on the site too.

I think your directions are good. And I don't think it's too much. We are including our direction card in our invite, along with the hotel info.

Here's our direction card, to give you an idea of our map.

i have a simple question.... and it has nothing to do with directions... LOL

for the areas surrounding your ceremony and reception, if there is pay parking, are you paying for your guests parking or are you making them pay???
