How We Can Help
We will ensure your every wish goes as planned, our role in planning your wedding includes travel for you and your guests, your wedding ceremony, legal Q&A, and local activities. We customize each destination wedding based on our clients' individual interests and budget.
Our process to destination wedding planning begins with many different factors ranging from the save-the-date invitations to ceremony setting, our step-by-step process ensures that everything goes smoothly with minimal stress. Our role as your "wedding coordinator" means we worry about the details so you don't need to. Key area’s of assistance generally includes the following:
1. Research and compare different destinations in order to determine the "right" venue for you and your guests. Our analysis incorporates accommodations preferences, travel logistics, weather patterns, group size, budgets (yours and your guests) and the overall wedding environment.
2. Assisting with the selection of lodging options according to budget, interests, group size and wedding-related support.
3. Choosing the ideal venue for the wedding ceremony and reception
4. Helping to create the desired wedding experience, from flowers, to food, to other special events.
5. Coordinate on your behalf with a licensed TICO travel agent specializing in honeymoons and destination wedding to plan, arrange and book flights, transfers, and lodging for you and your guests.
6. Negotiate with local wedding vendors to get the best possible service and rates.
7. We will answer all wedding-related and travel planning questions for all of your guests via email.

Our Fees
Our destination wedding planning fees start at $350.00, and depends on each couples needs. Factors such as number of guests, destination, ceremony and reception details, and if you need us to accompany you to your destination will influence the total cost. We will provide a quotation after an initial consultation.
