September 2nd or 3rd
September 23rd or 24th
October 21st or 22nd
Our Wedding Day Coordination package includes:
-a meeting 4 to 6 weeks prior to the wedding date to go over all of the details
-developing a detailed itinerary
-vendor confirmations
-attendance at or coordination of the rehearsal
8 hours of service on the wedding day including:
-coordinate the processional/recessional
-take care of or oversee the set up of centrepieces, place cards, favours, etc.
-liaise with vendors, including seating arrangements and meals
-distribute your payments to vendors
-liaise with the MC
-ensure the events flow according to the itinerary
-deal with any issues that may arise, usually without the couple even knowing anything happened!
-provide the Emergency Bag
-unlimited local phone calls and emails
-generally ensure that things are taken care of and that the bride and groom as well as their family and friends can relax and enjoy the day!
Prices apply to GTA weddings only. (Oshawa to Burlington and as far north as Newmarket) A travel fee may apply to events outside of this area.
