| So happy, after two weeks of sitting on his birth certificate (He got his birth certificate from the 15 days guaranteed online form), he went to get his ohip replaced, and it was no problem (we were worried, as although he had the correct documenation required, he had no photo id for back up if they requested more). It will be here in a few weeks and as it is considered to be a valid photo id, with it he can get his passport and sin card (actually, as I work just down the street from both, I can do it before work or on lunch hours and act as his agent, therefore, he doesn't have to take time off work and I me neither) and replace his drivers license. I was not that he didn't want id, it was end of the year at his factory and everyone was working crazy hours to do inventory, making taking time off almost impossible! Pretty sad when valid Canadian id becomes more precious then the crown jewels, the closer you get to "license time" That means in August, I can pick up the license with no problems, good, we have already booked a J of P and but he doesn't offer consultations unless you have the license to prove that you are sincere (and able to get married) Now, if I can just change his mind about the cake; looks like he may be coming around!
Wear a white wedding dress? Why, are we bar hopping?

| That's really great! Question though: How is a birth certificate considered valid photo id though? Just curious...they don't have photos on them do they?

Actually, I meant that his Ohip photo card is considered to be valid photo id.

He lost that with all his other id in his wallet and they won't replace it UNLESS he shows id. Kind of stupid when you think about it.

| grrr i hate that... having to replace everything... i always loose things and when i was going for my passport, i thought i lost my birth certificate. and i was stressing out so much. But i did eventually find it. Thank goodness. I hope they make it so you can renew your passport every 10 years instead of every 5 years.
