I found an amazing website, that aside from counting calories and giving the nutrition facts (like the ones you see on labels), provides an analysis of the percentage of carbs/fat/protein and rates the nutritional/fullness factor and finally a nutrient indicator of basically any food you can imagine.

The nutrient indicator is awesome! The yellow of the graph is bad (sodium/cholesterol/saturated fats), the green is fibre, the blue is protein, the purple is vitamins and the white is minerals. Then it gives an overall rating for the food in 3 categories: weight loss, optimum health, and weight gain. It also gives a little blurb about the food, listing the "good" and "bad" points.

For example, did you know that a can of beef broth is sooo good for you? The whole can has only 62 calories, it's 92% carbs and only 2% fats and 6% protein. It is high in iron and potassium and vitamin A. It's super low in saturated fats and cholesterol. The only downside is that it is high in sodium.

The food catagories are in the drop down box at the top right hand side of the page.

chicken noodle soup from the can is really good for you too, it has around 60 cal. per serving, around half a can.  I'm talking the old Campbell's soup, so I like having it on a cool day, because I know it'll keep me warm, and not add on the layers (of bluber).
