All do my best BabyKat!!  I’ll be posting my weigh-in results Wednesday morning.  I feel great this week – I know I’ve lost!  You always hear people on diets, especially Weight Watchers, say “I feel so great…so much more energy” blah blah blah.  It really is true.  I feel fantastic and my confidence level is on the rise again!

I'm back, and I've been a bad baaaaaaaaad girl.   (Will somebody please post a picture of me at the Hershy factory, and tell them not to let this woman in again ever!!??)

But the good news is that I've officially joined Weight Watchers just yesterday.  I weighed-in at 220.2 (yikes!), but that's about what I expected.

I've tried to do WW on my own (and for free) for eons, and it's just not working.  So I decided to become a real member, and a real success!

I'm doing Flex, and while it's only been a day, I feel great.  I feel like I'm really gonna do it this time!

I'm debating whether I want to join a gym.  I already run 3 times a week, but I think I need the gym for my strength training.  Hmmm....

AWESOME Alana!!! If you stick to it no matter what, you will get to where you want to be! The meetings really help and its a great support.

So I have some GREAT news, after staying around 12-13lbs for the past few weeks, I WI on Wed. and I am down 4lbs! I couldn't believe it, I didn't excpect it at all. I love that! I think all my working out is helping out big time and finally showed up on the scale!

My total loss now after 10 weeks .....drum roll please!

16.8lbs YA ME!

KatieK how are things going with you?

Good job BabyKat!!!!!

As for me, I’m not doing so well – last week I only lost 0.6lbs and the week before 2.4.  I’m going in tonight but have a feeling I’ve gained…allow me to explain; with the help of my mother, we figured the reason why I haven’t been losing much weight is due to my sodium intake.  I was having soup everyday for lunch and ham at least once per week for dinner.  Sodium retains water which equals no weight loss!  This week I’ve cut out ALL sodium BUT I had a devastating weekend; family dinner!!! They only served lasagna and bread - two of my many weaknesses.  I really did limit myself and didn’t have as much as I normally would, but…I’ll post my results tomorrow.

I told my mom that my mantra/strength for the coming weeks will be my wedding dress!  I found THE ONE!  YAHOO!!!!  I’m going to search through all of my pictures tonight and find the fattest pictures I can of myself and make copies of them.  I’m also going to make copies of the stupid skinny gal modeling MY wedding dress.  Then I’m going to post the two pictures on the fridge and every single cupboard in my house!!  We’ll see how this works…lmao!

Hey Ladies,

I thought I would join your thread. I am at my very very heaviest...

I weigh 185lbs. Before my first son I weighed 110lb after 145lbs then after my second son now I weigh the above weight. I feel not only fat but low energy and bloated...TMI

My short term goal is to loose 15lbs by July 1rst...long term I would like to be at 125lbs perhaps I am dreaming but at 185 I do not exercise and have a completely sedentary lifestyle and eat like 4000cal a day!!!between breastfeeding my 2 month old and tutoring my 6 yr old I am beat....I suppose I am lucky I don't weigh alot more! Thanks for listening to me blah blah will check in later
