We are doing a BBQ also at my Moms house.. As we are inviting everyone involved with the wedding(Wedding party, parents) and all of our out of town guests. So that totals about 60 people

We are having our dinner the night before at Crabby Joe's.  for some reason my parents didnt like the idea... but I dont want anything too spectacular as FHs parents are paying and also giving us a bit of money for it..

Finally Mrs. Baker !

We had the rehersal at 5pm at the church then everyone made their way over to my dad & stepmom's house where they had made/brought in all my favourite nibbling foods! It was absolutely wonderful!

The bridal party, parents, family from away... all sitting and drinking wine and laughing and telling stories. It wasn't fancy, it wasn't expensive, but it was just right for us!

We did ours on the Thurs (Saturday wedding) after the church rehearsal.  The bridal party and all out of town guests were invited.  It was around 50ish people.

My Godparents hosted at DH and my house.  Easier because we're closer to the church (walking distance).  They ended up choosing a catered dinner buffet dinner (not the original plan of wine/beer/appetizers) but it was fantastic.  A GREAT time all around and the leftovers were PERFECT to feed the ton of people in and out of our house in the days following the wedding.

my FMIL wants to pay for the rehearsal dinner so I think we are going to an Italian restaurant after the rehearsal. Originally my mom was just going to have the wedding party and family back to the house for deserts.
