| Hi ladies Anybody have any tips on how to get a close smooth shave on your underarms? I'm thinking of trying waxing but nervous because i have sensitive skin there...alot of different deodarants will irratate me.

I wish I had an answer for you but I have the same problem. I get irritation and bumps every single time I shave I would love to get laser hair removal, for exactly this reason.Waxing isn't terrible. It's most painful the first time, but it's over quickly. The worst part, IMO, is letting it grow out in between. Just something to consider.

I LOVE waxing my underarms! Wow what a difference! Not the first time, but by the third time it didn't hurt at all, looked fabulous, and now only half the hair grows back and its much thinner and lighter.
Didn't have a great bikini/brazillian waxing experience, but love love love getting my underarms and brows done.

| i'm scared of waxing. scared of the pain. so you know what i do instead? a pluck my underarm hairs. what a psycho. but after a month, the hairs don't grow back for a couple of weeks and they are finer. also, my underarms aren't as dark which is the best part.

I'd be careful because like you, my underarms are super sensitive...when I waxed I couldn't weat deoderant for 3 days and I didn't find they looked that great since they were red for about a week. I definately wouldn't use any do it yourself stuff - I can't use Nair or Neet anyways, I get hives, but the wax itself was a little better. Go to the salon and do it, I think it would be less irritating...for sure test it out WAY before any major events because it would suck to be itchy, red and smelly (from no deoderant lol) on the big day!
