| Hey Ladies, I was talking to my best friend today and her younger sister just got engaged recently and went to look at dresses and has fallen in love with one at Rainbow Bridal. I could not remember if I had read any reviews on that place on here so I was hoping for feedback I could give her before she put her money down. Thanks ladies!

There a post about them down in the one titled 2 Hamilton bridal shops bankrupt. The poster was klempy and you might want to pm her to find out what happened.
If your friend is uncomfortable dealing with them, there are lots of stores that will carry the same manufacturers. She can ask on here for a recommendation or look at the websites to see who is an authorized seller.

we ordered the BMs dresses there, but they haven't come in yet (not supposed to come in till july-ish). However I was very pleased b/c they had good prices and a HUGE selection in BM dresses, greater than 3 places that I went to in London. THey have been around for a very long time as well, and I haven't heard anything negative about them.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME STORE...it was victoria bridal in Hamilton and Village wedding bells in waterdown I bought my wedding dress from Rainbow and they were realllllly great to deal with.....highly recommend them!!!!

I was thinking about going to Rainbow for my dress because they have so many designers in there to choose from!! Now you make me nervous!! Although aren't you taking a chance no matter where you go?

I don't know if me and PP are thinking of the same post, b/c there is another topic that came up about the 2 stores that went bankrupt from someone who had bought their dress there, and she went to Rainbow Bridal after to see about finding a new dress; she said they were great and very helpful to the brides who had been shafted by the bankruptcy...

Hi,
You are quite right, it's not the same store. The poster said Rainbow had another store in Niagara that went bankrupt and she had a terrible time with them. No details. That's why I suggested she pm her.
Rainbow is a old store, although I don't know whether they are the same owners now....my mom's friend bought her dress there.
