I have been running since the the last week of May I feel great, I have lost inches and I have lost 20 odd pounds, eating better and just taking care of myself....I am so proud I am still going!!!!

I started to run the last couple of days on the treadmill because it is too hot outside....

First thing I did was go and buy proper running shoes.....Then I started it off with a few minutes of walking to warm up and one minute running and then walking and running and I did this for about twenty minutes......I am on week three of running or jogging....and I am at three minutes of running and one minute walking...I feel great...I do indoors when it is too hot and outdoors when I get the chance....I am running on the treadmill at the gym and so far I love it....I feel great afterwards, it is hard at first but go at your own pace and make sure to take a day off in between days when you are running your body needs that rest!

Good Luck!!!!

I went and put my dress on again it needs to be taken in everywhere which is great....I have to go running today....Treadmill I think, I love the treadmill because right now since I am still in early stages I can see everything, calories, distance, heart rate and so on.,........

I really notice it in my legs and upper body.. So now I need to work on my arms!!!
