| So when you go to the gym do you have a routine ? I do 20 mins of cardio - bike , elipitical , or tredmill then I do 30 mins of weights - free weights like lunges , squats ect ... machines for legs , arms thighs and bum then I do my crunches then about 20 more mins of cardio I do this 3 times a week and then on another day I do a Hi-Lo class Whats your rountine ?

The Curves Workout - Five Days a week after work.... it's usually five days a week... until I get lazy...

i work out with DH so my routine is a little "manly"...lol. 15 minutes of cardio, then free weights. Different body part each night... chest, back, shoulders, arms and legs. If i am done before him... which i usually am as he is a big guy and does more then i do... i do some crunches or squats depending on my mood... or back on the cardio stuff for a light walk till he is finished. we take two days off (sometimes more if my work is busy) then start the cycle over again.

Do 5-7 min warmup, then about 45 min of weights for arms, legs, and core at the gym. then stretch. I do that 2-3 times a week, and I do cardio everyday walking or running my dog (big husky, needs lots of exercise! lol!)
