| 2bewed0609: the prices were very reasonable when we booked. 69/pp plus tax with 5 course meal, open bar, wine on tables, midnight buffet) I think they've gone up a bit now. The pictures I posted are of the small hall (140-150 MAX). This is the larger hall: 
I also did not want a banquet hall. I went everywhere, but my wedding size was too big for the cute intimate venues, and too small for other places. I also had a specific budget to stay on. The people here are so wonderful to work with. Oh, BTW, all the linens including chair covers are included in the price.

Thanks! We love it so much....hence us booking it 2 years in advance! Its really the perfect setting for us since FH is a gardener! We are going for the whole tropical, floral, summery theme.
