Moments That Shine is a flourishing event planning company located in the Durham Region of Ontario, Canada and led by owner Susan Legare. She made a professional splash when making her leap into Ontario after 25 years in B.C. While working with the Directors Guild of Canada as their events planner she found her niche and decided to make that passion something she could call her own.
Instead of just ‘opening up shop’, she worked hard at building credentials and researching what potential clients would need and expect. Since graduating from a high-paced small business program, Susan has enjoyed many successes ... big and bigger! From coordinating the wedding of FASHION magazine's editor to executing a vehicle launch party for Chrysler, Susan approaches each event with the same level of respect and pride. "Everything I have a hand in carries the "Moments That Shine" name, so attention to detail and strong customer relationships are a must"; she explains.
Look to the future and you will see her busily re-inventing the company by letting her B.C. roots start a green movement ... something sorely needed in the world of throwing celebrations and sure to lead to many improvements!
