Hi ladies,

Has anyone used them? My teeth hurt so much, can barely eat anything! It's only day 3!

IT'S FINALLY HERE!

I think thats normal. Most kits will make your teeth a little more touchy. Just make sure you aren't wearing them longer than it says too

I haven't tried any whitening, but I've heard that it can increase sensitivity.  Does the info included with it say anything about that?

I love them and take a day or two off when my teeth start to get sensitive.  They make a huge difference for me though.

Just take a break for a day or two, or use only one a day. It helps.

When you use them, you don't have to use them everyday for however many days, you can skip a day in between. That may hellp.

Also make sure that you don't put the strip on your gum line, it can irritate your gums.

I had in office bleaching done and my teeth felt like lightening bolts were being shocked down to my gums, now I have the at home tray which are similar to the pharmacy strips and I am not getting any sensitivity (so far anyway). I know that is a common side effect though.

My dentist gave me sensitivity toothpaste and told me to rub the toothpaste throughout the day on the teeth that hurt. It really does help.
