| OK so my cousin has a "big" party room in her condo building, so we had planned on renting it. However the fire code says maximum people in room is 40, we're expecting between 70-125 people at out stag and doe. Anyone know of any hall, legion, etc. rental spots that are affordable in Toronto/GTA? Our only stipulation is that we want to sell the booze ourselves. TIA!

| Hmmm that is tricky. FH's sister let us use the party room in her condo and there was a huge fight with his mom and dad because only 50 people were aloud and this and that....... I guess it depends on how much you want to spend? Or have it at a restaurant downtown and then you can move on to somewhere for dancing? Hmmm I don't know....

| I just booked a hall n Etobicoke where you may sell your own booze. I got a really good deal, however I think the lady told me they usually rent it for $900 but would give it to me for $685. I told her about 150 people which she was fine with, I figured Id sell 200 tickets at $20 which is 4000- 685 for hall and 300 for door prize, im still walking away with 300 minus games rentals and food, but remember im selling my own booze. I spend the past week searching for a hall as well, could not find one cheaper that looked nice. A friend of mine told me today that she just went to stag and doe on the past weekend and it was held at Holingers on Coxwell Ave, apparently they have a hall somewhere since they renovated, you may want to check that one out. PM and I may still have the halls i looked into with contact info.
