Here are some DIY water bottle labels I made for my friends wedding.

This is so random, but I just wanted to say that not only is my name Stephanie and my husband's name Robert, but our last name starts with an H as well. How freaky is that?

Just FYI, I often find cases of water on sale at Superstore - 30 bottles for $2.99.  Might be a better deal than what you could get at Costco

I'll keep an eye out. I know @ Costco I get 35 bottles for $3.50 but I'll keep my eye out for deals closer to the wedding.

Cool   I just remember wanting to buy water at Costco (cause it's *supposed* to be cheaper, right?!) but then discovering that it wasn't that great.

My general rule is I don't want to pay more than 10 cents a bottle.  But JMO

I then bought some clear Varathane in a spray can and sprayed each sheet of labels with them.  This waterproofed the labels so the ink didn't run off the label and onto clothes.

Very smart!  I've considered doing these too, and I wondered how to get around that.  Thanks!

Miley, just so you know, I plan on blatantly copying these for my wedding.

They're adorable! I love them! Good job!

I have a template link @ home, I'll send it to you. It's done via PowerPoints.

The labels look wonderful!

I used pretty much the exact same labels for my bottled water!  For the paper I used 8 1/2 "X11" sticker sheets (got them at staples) and printed 4 labels per sheet.  I then bought some clear Varathane in a spray can and sprayed each sheet of labels with them.  This waterproofed the labels so the ink didn't run off the label and onto clothes.  I had a blast making them!

To cut costs further, you could print the labels on regular (or better quality paper), varathane them, cut them and then use spray glue to attach it to the bottle.  That would save a huge chunk of change!

Here is a pic of two of the four labels.  We ended up going with the bottle shape on the left:

Thanks for the tips, I'm bookmarking this thread!! (CB do NOT delete anymore threads!!)
