First of all, congrats on quitting smoking!  I would say, it doesn't matter so much WHAT you eat its HOW MUCH you eat.  Make sure you aren't eating if you are full (sounds silly but we all do it!)  And maybe you could think about changing the back of the dress to a corset (if it isn't already), which usually allows for a few sizes change.  I'm not sure how much that would cost though or if that is an option.  Good luck!

I lost 20kg in a year by using my bicycle or walking to work every day. It won't help you in the short term (sorry!!) but avoiding public transport or your car will do wonders.

Every little change makes a difference. Have 1 slice of toast instead of 2; use mustard instead of mayo on sandwiches... and skip the cheese; try to fill up on veggies and fruit as much as possible; and drink water, water, water!
