Hello!!! Tomorrow is my 7 week, 2 day ultrasound! What should I expect?? When you went, did they let you hear the heartbeat???
I am so excited to see what's going on inside there!!!
Did they tell you much info or did you have to wait until your dr's appt after the u/s???

UPDATE: Ultrasound was amazing! We got to see the baby and hear it's heartbeat...so fast and strong! It just brought tears to our eyes...The tech said the baby is "right on track". My DH asked if there were any concerns and he said No...
I asked for a pic but he said they don't give them out this early...BUT...I pleaded and he said "OK...but only because you are so excited!" HA HA....Will scan and post the u/s pic tonight or tomorrow morning!!!!

ohhhh have fun tomorrow!! Enjoy the moment of seeing your LO for the first time!! I'd imagine that if they can find the heartbeat, you'll hear it and it will be an incredible moment for you and your DH! Enjoy!!!

The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness.

Making the decision to have a child-it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.

The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom.

To understand a mother's love, bear your own children.

Mother is the name for God on the lips& in the hearts of little children.

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.

Mrs. M and loving it!!!

They will let you see the HB ... BUTTTTTT don't be surprised if you can't see it ... it's soooooooo tiny ... when I had one done at 7w ... I could see the HB but DH couldn't ... it's just a little blip.

I just don't want you to get disappointed if you can't see it

We saw and heard the heartbeat at our first ultrasound. You aren't really going to see much but a blob....a BEAUTIFUL blob, but just a blob none-the-less. You should also be prepared for the possibility of an internal exam. The tech tried to do a normal ultrasound with me first but then found she couldn't see it as well as she liked and had to do it internally. Enjoy seeing your baby for the first time!
