I get that sometimes too (I too have some large girls) and I find that diaper rash cream helps (see, not laughing @ you b/c I've used it too!!) also medicated gold bond cream or powder helps BUT don't use it if you have an open cut (from scratching) b/c it'll burn & make it worse!!

Also, try wearing a bra without underwire if you can (I hate not having underwire but it does help) and if you can even a sports bra in a material that draws moisture away from the skin (it helps me a lot).

Also (if you don't have an open cut/rash) you can rub some alcohol on it after a shower to help dry it up (sound weird but it works) and then put some powder on it after it's dry.

thanks gals!! tried some of the zinc oxide creme on friday, and then just made sure to change my bra every day (usually I wear them a few days) and voila! its gone
