Here is what my current chart looks like and I am almost done this cycle.

You can look at others charts on Fertility friend as well which I have found very helpful.

Muirhead, that's pretty cool to see such a shift! I am hoping I will see one of those too! Since I am just recently off of BCP, I am hoping I will be ovulating normally soon!

Wow, my basal thermometer must be one of the only ones in Celsius? I had to find an internet converter to change your ladies temps so they made sense to me! So I guess there is a wide range of temps out there. I will have to do some more research.

Any thoughts on whether it's OK for me to press snooze on my alarm clock several times before I take my temp?

I think as long as all your temps are within an 30-60 minutes of each other and as long as you're not getting up before taking them, its probably fine

The reason I use F is b/c most of the other charts you look at are in F, so it seems to be more standard.  If you visit American sites then using F is the norm.

For those who are charting, do you find it difficult to determine your CM? and when your Peak day is?

I am having a bit of a hard time with the CM.  I'm focusing right now on temps and checking my CM daily and hopefully I will eventually figure it out.  It seems the only way I can describe it as of yet is wet lol.   As for peak day I'm not there yet.  I'm currently on CD 12 and hopefully it wont be too hard to determine.

I also chart, have been for 3 months, I also use a celsius thermometer and my temps are usually between 36.2 and 36.4 pre ovulation and then 36.6-36.75 after my thermal shift.   Whem I use a site that is in Ferenheit I have prints a conversion chart off the internet to help me convert exactly.

I also very much keep the saying in TCOYF to "see the forest through the trees" in my head.  Basically after a few months of temping you will get a feeling for where your temps should be.

regarding the CM and peak day.  My cycles are pretty regular with maybe only a day or 2 difference soo figuring out my peak day is easy. CM is more of a challenge, I don't really notice that I get EWCM, it mostly is wet or creamy sooo I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or I either don't produce it very much or if I just don't get it to check.
