If you didn't do the menu as the trifold type that goes on the centre of the table, how many did you put per table?

Even though you have a salad, entree and dessert, I would still suggest making up a menu card anyway. From the guest's point of view, it's nice to know what food you'd be presented with, regardless of the number of courses, and I see it as building up anticipation for each dish.

If you wanted to, you could combine your menu card and reception programme into one booklet. By reception programme, I mean listing things such as the song(s) you and your new husband will be dancing to, song(s) for the father-daughter/mother-son dance, song(s) for the final dance, any sort of games, etc. If you have a late-night table being put out with more treats, you could add all that to the booklet as well.

I think we're going to do one menu per table. I don't think its absolutely necessary to have one per person and it is "greener".
