hey ladies

Just need some advise on how I can ask my brother and sister inlaw to be godparents.  They would never think of them to be picked and I wanna do something very special and also need to know when to ask them?

Being a godparent is such an honour. It depends on how you want them to be. Some people use it as a legal guardian, however for us we wanted the godparents to be soley responsible for the spiritual guidance should something happen to us. No Guardian responsibility. We didn't do anything special to ask, but I'm sure there's some great ideas out there. Something similar to the announcing your pregnant stories maybe? Good Luck!
