| i loved loved loved my dress and I still do! I would wear it EVERY day if it wasn't totally weird to do so!!! I think I felt EXACTLY like a girl should feel on her wedding!

| I loved my dress! Which is funny because I was so unsure about it at one point that I let DH see it before the wedding, but his face was just priceless. I was hoping to get a lace dress (good thing I didn't, as DH later told me he hates lace dresses) or a very simple dress, mine which is neither. It made my waist look very small, and everyone gave me so many comments on it, saying it was the most beautiful dress they had ever seen! (Lol, the funniest was my flower girl who said, "when I get married I want to wear your dress, it's nicer than my mom's." LOL! Anyway, without further ado, here it is:

Moved into our first home July 25th, 2008! Got married on August 23rd, 2008 in New Brunswick! BEST. PARTY. EVER.
Now just renovating the house.

| I voted "it did the job". I LOVE weddings when they aren't my own (hence my continuation on this forum)! I am not very good at being the centre of attention so I just wanted simple, pretty, and affordable and that is exactly what I got! Jessica: I feel very similar to you - I had this vision about the way I wanted to look, but it never seemed to work out right the way I wanted it to. The main thing is, we're married, and it's already over a year ago!
