| Hey Nicole, I chart and use opks, so I always know when I ov, and I can say with certainty that I sometimes get a little bit of ewcm for a few days afterwards...not lots like you get right before, but bits here and there. I think maybe some people's hormones take longer to shift than others, so some people's cm dries up faster than others maybe? On the other hand, if it can be a symptom of pregnancy, I hope that's the explanation in your case!!

Yup, I agree with Ang - our bodies are weird... Maybe it took a few days for the EWCM to make it's way down from your cervix? Cervix position can also help you pin-point Ov.... Ok so checking your Cervix position I know is a good way to tell but the whole thought of checking grosses me out. For those of you that check is it gross? How do you do it?? I never posted here about it, because I was afraid ppl would find it gross, but I didn't have any CM (or barely any) and my temps were always eratic. The first month I tried this method it worked. Not gross, I do it in my evening shower -- after you wash down there, you just stick a finger in to see where the cervix is. The whole month it's hard like the tip of your nose, but the 2-3 days that you're fertile it's all mushy like a sponge.... Sorry if that's gross....

I always checked in the shower too - I found it easier to sort of squat and check.
