My brother sent me a link with a video about these: http://www.bilibo.com/en/intro/

I hadn't seen them before - they look pretty cool. Does anyone have one? Does your LO like it? (They're available at a few sites online, and at Cheeky Monkey for those of you in London. Toys R Us in the US seems to carry them too.)

The summary on the website basically says that it's not intended to be anything in particular - it's just intended to spark children's imagination. (The whole point is that there isn't any specific thing you're "supposed" to do with it.) The video on the site shows it being used in dozens of different ways. My brother works for the Ministry of Children and Family Development, and says they get a lot of requests for it from parents of special needs children.

That looks really cool. I love the bright colours and it looks like a lot of fun for kids.

Funny, I just saw those at a baby store in Kincardine on the weekend.  The lady there said they are "imagination" toys and the kids will sit in them and spin (although there are really small ones as well).  We used to do that with big plastic salada bowls!

They look pretty neat!

They are cute. Although, after watching the video... If my young child was using one I would want to be right next to them, because it looks like a todler could easily fall forwards or backwords in it and potentially really hurt themselves.  Does this product have an age reccomendation? ~ alli xoxo
