Here are just a few things tha went wrong...... The gazebo was very musty smelling and when I viewed the room three months ago they told me it was just because they closed it for the winter and they promissed it would't smell at the wedding. When we got the gazebo to decorate they didn't have it cleaned from the last wedding and it still smelled. I complained and they promissed to have it done within the hour. The hour went by and still no one came. It took yet another complaint before someone vacuumed (not very well). In the room my mom stayed in it had a leaky roof above the toilet (yellow stinky water) by the time she found out it was 1 in the morning (because we stayed late to decorate, would have been done sooner if we weren't waiting for the hotel to clean the gazebo) She was too tired to change rooms so she stayed. The next morning all they offered was to pay for her parking! To top it all off they knew it was leaking before she got the room! The morning of our wedding we checked our reception room and discovered a really foul smell, the roof was also leaking in the reception room! When we complained the manager did offer another room but one that was smaller and older(colors clashed with my wedding). We decided to stay in the reception room we chose because they guaranteed that the leak would be fixed but of course after the guests arrived it started leaking again (a guest was holding his food and water leaked right on it). One top of all this, it was +30 degree outside and their air conditioning wasn't working. I can keep going on and on, it's crazy! It's a 5 start hotel and we paid a large amount of money. They seemed to be so focused on trying to wow you that they forgot even the basics of customer service. I'm checking out of the hotel tommorrow  and have about $600 owing from the wedding(aprox 5% of what we paid for the total wedding) and to this point they have not reimbursed me for the room rentals. Or offered any solutions

Sorry for ranting but I sure hope that no other bride endures they stress I encountered because of this hotel.
