I went to Amanda-Lina's with my mom and MOH and when we walked in there were 2 staff sitting on the couch at the front. They didn't even acknowlegde us! Finally, my MOH asked if they worked there and we got a rude "yes". I told them that I wanted to look at some gowns and again got a rude response of "let me see who is available" The store was dead by the way. They didn't even crack a smile. The lady that was helping me was actually very nice although I don't remember her name. My mom asked her about the owner of the store (she didn't say anything about the rude ladies) and it turns out that apparently one of the rude ladies was the owner! (or maybe co-owner) If that is true, you would think that you would be a little more friendly and helpful to a customer who is probably going to spend a fair amount of money in your establishment...ugh, just makes me mad!! But, like I said the lady that was actually helping me was nice, but I was just really turned off when I first stepped inside there.

Yeah.... My sister bought her dress there, so I went back to the same lady. She was nice the first time I went, but when I went back to show what I've found to BM's, she couldn't care less and was super rude. It ruined my experience. I ended up finding (a different) dress at Windsor Bridal (where the service also lacks, but I think I found the only nice person there and she was wonderful), and so I don't need to deal with Amanda Lina's. I find that owners of these places feel like you owe them something and don't think its important to treat customers with respect and therefore their staff follow suit. :s

| I was there on Saturday and had a lady by the name of Milica helping me, she's about 5'10, really thin, with short brown hair. Extremely nice lady and super helpful! I definitely saw the rudeness with all the other ladies though. I must say lucked out. I don't know if you can request certain girls but if you can, definitely ask for Milica when you book your appt. I had one of those ladies be so rude to me at their blowout sale (on Airport Road somwehere) last year that I tore a strip off her.
