| Hey Ladies, I am so impressed with the funny wedding dances on you tube and I would love to try and do one but I have no idea how to splice/put the music together on a CD? Remember when we all used cassette tapes, how easy it was then. LOL Does anyone know how it's done or what sort of program I need to do it? Thanks for the help. Kendra

Kendra, I have no clue how to do it. Perhaps you can ask your d.j. to make one for you....but all I can say is that I'm hooked on those you tube videos!!! LOL!

| FH and I watch a lot of those too! And that show on TLC "Rock the Reception". hehe. We are considering doing something like that ourselves as well... but we haven't figured out about mixing the music yet so sorry i can't offer any suggestions. microsoft has some movie publishing software that lets you add audio clips to video, i don't know if you can just work with audio.. but we might try that when the time comes.

There is a program out there called "Acid Pro" And you can splice music quite easily from what I have been told. I am pretty sure it was free, but not positive. Hope that helps somewhat!

We watch them all the time, some are so funny. We are hoping to plan something like that as well. My MOH loves to dance, she has been a dancer all her life, so she is all on board to plan something really fun for us to do as a 1st dance. We are hoping to have our children dance with us as well (they will be 8 and 5 at the time of our wedding)

I'm making our own rendition of "the evolution of dance" mixing some of his tunes along with our own. I used audacity.com software. It's freeware. It's not that hard to learn how to use it and you can splice up different audio files and add them to new ones.

| Acid pro is the easiest to use. If you have a Mac computer there is Garage band, also you can use Cool Edit 2.0 pro, but it is more difficult to use. My FH is in Radio so he has all the tools and the knowledge to do it. He says use Garage Band or Acid Pro.
