I am having a spring wedding as well (may 30 2009). I am using roses for my centerpieces because they are cheaper and we are paying for the wedding. Our colors are white and light yellow and we are doing the centerpieces in white roses with a few yellow roses as accent pieces and then 3-4 tea lights around..very simple but should be quite pretty.
