| Hi I am new to this board, I have been engaged kinda for almost 3 years! But only recently started thinking about a date, well no that isn`t totally true did try start to plan to get married this year but FSIL decided that she was and there was NO way I could do that to FMIL so we decided that we will get married in 2010, long story as to why we are waiting 2 years! I have looked around on the boards a bit and seen many wonderful ideas!!

Welcome to the boards and congrats on your engagement (even though it's not new)  I'm also a 2010 bride, since we couldn't afford 2009 (even though I'd originally wanted that and we'd originally planned it). Stupid money  Where are you getting married?

Whats your date and where are you getting married???Sadly, we don't have a new date picked yet. I'm going back to school, to get my B.Ed. It's only a one year program, and apparently it's become a lot more difficult to get a full-time teaching job around here. So I think we might even wait until I have full-time employment to set a new date. Cause it would be heartbreaking for me to set a date and then put it off yet again. We're in Ottawa
