I actually discovered Podrunner from lurking on these boards...and I LOVE it! If you knew me, you'd know how amazing that is...because I am so NOT a runner!  I noticed a difference in my endurance after just a few times. Even walking up the stairs at work became easier.

But because of my crazy schedule these past few weeks, I've totally been slacking, and now I'm nervous to pick up where I left off...might have to back up and start again from Week 1 or 2!

Nancy that's AWESOME that you're on week 7!! And now getting ready to run a real 5K...wow, you're my inspiration! I keep telling FH how cool it'll be when I can actually take part in all of the 5Ks for charity that are always happening.

I have to agree with you. When I first started I was SO winded even on week 1, 60 seconds of running and my lungs were burning and my chest hurt, now I'm running 25 mins straight! I've never been so proud of myself. It's been hard to stay on track. There's always something else I'd rather be doing but knowing that I'm only letting myself down has been enough to keep me going, plus I have a running buddy. We can't always go together but we definately check in and make sure that we've done our 3 runs.

Schrambony -
I'm doing the one with the 43-year old dude. I like that he tells you when to run, as oppose to just hearing a beep. I'm moving on to week 2....
