So I was perusing our local library today (for the first time in ages I might say-DH is off this week and has been saying forever that he wants a library card as he used to live in Toronto and now we're in Markham).
I didn't expect to walk away with 5 books myself-but I did-and one was "How to clean just about anything" and it's from Reader's Digest.
Why I picked up this book? Because I'm a self-professed clean freak and I'm just geeky enough to pick up a book on cleaning so I could learn more-and boy did I.
A lot of it was common sense to me-but I could see for reluctant cleaners, that this book would provide a structured way to go about your housecleaning-yes-they outline a cleaning timeline for you!
ALSO there was A LOT that I learned-esp about laundry (my weakness) and very specific things-like stove top cleaning etc.
It offers a lot of cleaning philosophies which I agree with and it's such an easy read. I went through all almost 500 pages in two hours-obviously I skipped over things that weren't essential to me-like how to clean your BOAT or guns haha.
Anyways-look it up in your local library or book store. As a self professed neat freak and excellent cleaner-I learned a lot and would HIGHLY recommend it!
