Sherri - I can relate, I get lower back pain too and it's awful.  I try to stretch our my lower back and then it feels a little better.  I also exercise when I have my AF.  Last time, I had AF I was feeling awful, but I went to the gym for like two hours and I felt better afterwards.  I don't know how I got the energy for two hours that day.  Also, you have pretty long cycles, right (if I'm thinking of someone else then just cyber slap me)?  What has the doctor told you about that?

Nicole - Good to hear your doing well and you and your hubby have the same shift.  I bet you will get your BFP soon b/c your charts are pretty nice and you are regular, so you just have to time things right I bet and it will happen.  Best of luck!

I HATE to say it but......the pains get worse as I get older darn all those women who told me it would!!!!

This cycle was really sorry still is very long, I think it is stress related though. I'm a 30 day average. so only a partial cyber slap hahahah

Okay 2 hours in the gym what did you do nap?  45 mins is my max, though I remember when I was younger I would put in 2 hours so I guess not impossible.

I heard it gets worse as one ages.  OMG!  In 10 years, I'll be bed ridden for a week every month.  ahhhh!

As for the gym, it really varies.  Sometimes I can go for 2 hours and other days I only go for 30 minutes.

Candace, thanks for the pm...that list is fairly restrictive, but actually, I was expecting worse, lol.  I agree that certain things in moderation are probably still ok.

Nicole - have you been getting in lots of BD'ing?

Mrs. M - I hope you O soon.  Sorry about your LH level being so low.  You don't have to answer my question, but does the doctor know what is causing the infertility problem you are experiencing?

Mrs. P - Hopefully you figure things out with your cycle.  Since you don't have too long to go, perhaps you should think about OPK as a tool to aid you in your BD'ing quest.

Thanks for asking how things are going I just realized that I have been replying to threads but not posting an update on me

I am on CD8 and Yesterday I had an awefyl headache/migraine that has carried forward into today which really sucks.  As for BD that will start on Friday and go under after I OV!!!

DH was able to switch his shifts to starting Monday morning he will start work Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. which means for the first time in 3 years we will be home together in the evenings.  YEAH!!!!!

I fund myself getting really nervous this cycle was I think it is just that I am so excited its making me nerous.

Yay for being home together in the evenings!!! More time to bd!!!

Hoping for a little bean sprout soon!!!

help! different online calculators are telling me different fertile days.. thats weird! it didnt do that before.. can anyone use the calculator they rely on and let me know the best time?

Period started today, 26 days in a cycle.

Thanks!

Month 1

Thursday 28th August 2008 - First day of your cycle

Saturday 6th September 2008 - A little bit fertile

Sunday 7th September 2008 - Fertile

Monday 8th September 2008 - VERY fertile

Tuesday 9th September 2008 - Time to ovulate

Friday 19th September 2008 - A home pregnancy test may work now.

that's what I get when I input your info into the babyhopes.com ovulation calculator. At the beginning of the year, when my cycle was regulated to every 30 days, it was dead on for me, and I used this calculator to help other CBers who have since had a baby like Unionstation.

Anyway, I also read you tend to have long periods. I'd start having sex (whether you are flowing or not) around the time suggested above. You never know it may be just what you need to get your BFP, and it's better to have as many "swimmers" as possible swimming around waiting for the egg than not enough of them.

Good luck!!

The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness.

Making the decision to have a child-it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.

The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom.

To understand a mother's love, bear your own children.

Mother is the name for God on the lips& in the hearts of little children.

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.

Mrs. M and loving it!!!
