So FH and I decided to each write our own guest list, exchange and compare. To start his list heavily outweighs mine, which is ok. However he has a couple people on his list I strongly disagree with. One is a family friend, who has flat out said he hates me, and is consistently rude to me at every social occasion where we see eachother. The other I think either hates me or has a huge crush on my FH. She usually ingnores me while focusing all her energy on him, and I may be crazy but I swear I catch ome dirty looks. There are a few family members id like to ban but I wouldnt do that. Am I crazy for not wanting people who hate me at my wedding, which Im (partially) paying for? If not how do I get this across to my FH, I tried once and he got pretty mad. Should I just let it go?

If you can let it go, I strongly suggest that you do.
I was directly asked not to invite two of my guests, and told to pay for them separately when I stubbornly went ahead and invited them anyway. It is something I deeply resent to this day.
If your guest-list is larger than 100 people, I highly doubt you will have to see the people you dislike all day! I had only 43 people at my wedding, and after the receiving line I pretty much only talked to my closest friends

Although, I have to say, you're not crazy for not wanting to invite her. I wouldn't want to either.
