Okay, so I have the chart that says how long you must wait after a certain number of drinks before BF'ing again.  But the problem is the chart shows a different amount (in mL) than the drinks I have.

I have a 100 mL cooler (actually it's a freezie ... SO good) and it's 7%.  How long do I need to wait? (I weigh 155).  1 hour shows a drink is 1.5 oz of 40% liquor.  I'm just really confused.  So if I had 1-100 mL 7% freezie ... HOW LONG?!?!  ARG!

From what I can read if you are 155lbs and have just 1 drink you would then have to wait 2 hours and 12 minutes before the alcohol would not be present in your breast milk.

Hopefully that helps you

Lame ... okay LOL ... that's what I thought ... I just didn't know if the alcohol percentage is less if the time would be quicker or what.  I'll just pump a bottle tonight.

Okay, another question.  Since I don't want to throw my milk supply out of whack, I should pump when she's eating and throw that milk out, right?
