Underarms and eyebrows don't hurt me, not even a little bit.
Brazillians, however, make me waddle out of there swearing I'll never do it again.
Which reminds me, I need to make my next appointment...

Well I went for my underarm and Brazilian wax. The Brazilian was not NEARLY as bad!! So for anyone who think they are going to do bikini/Brazilian... DO NOT shave in between. It makes it WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better!

the place i go to you wear your shirt and they give you a gown to just wear around your waist. m esthician also covers up half of me so i'm not completely exposed. if you don't know how to do it, they tell you. they are pretty professional about it. it all depends on the person and how much they take at once and how long your hair is. the longer it is the more painful it is. i think it should only be like 4 mm long or something like that at most. if they do smaller strips it hurts less and most places will have you hold skin back to make it taught and that hurts less as well. it stings for a few seconds then its over. the bad thing about waxing is ingrown hairs. i had them bad and i couldn't prevent them so i went to laser hair removal instead.

| I was really scared too, but I tried it this summer b/c I wanted to try it out before the wedding - it really wasn't that bad! She was very professional, explained everything that she would be doing step by step, and similar to PP, I was always half covered with a towel so I wasn't completely exposed. The only awkward position is if you want the back done, and then I have to get on all fours w/ my butt in the air. I loved the results, and so did FH - totally worth it. I have an appt set up already for a couple days before the wedding so it'll last right through the honeymoon

New question...My weddings is in 5 weeks so do I have enough time to get it done twice or should I hold off til closer to the date...I am going to suck it up and go for the brazillian if you go now and then go again a couple days before the wedding you could pull it off. but if you have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment i think i would wait until before the wedding. i think you are supposed to go every 4 weeks or so, that's what my esthician told me anyways.
