| wow good job on the gifts, looks like you scored large!!!! so my van is a write off and now i have to go through a bunch of B.S as my van was financed and i'd only had it a year so i still had like $15000 on the loan and they only want to pay out like $5000 which means I have to pay the other $10000 which i think is complete B.S...couldn't of come at a crappier time as there is a good possibility i won't be getting married now  I HAVE to have a vehicle which means i'm going to have to pay out the loan and re-finance another car, i have 3 kids that go to daycare and school etc, i NEED a vehicle. so much for september bride

You can appeal this if you have too... it's not set in stone what they offer you! Check what the red book value of your van is, and get some legal advice.
