Hi ladies! As some of you might know I run a home-based business. I am currently taking a break to be with the baby, but I would like to get back to work after Christmas before I lose all the momentum my business has generated in the past year.

Last year was absolutely insane for me and there's no way I can take on that workload again, especially since I've got a baby now. I'm interested in hiring some staff to help me. I haven't worked out all the details just yet, but I'm working on it!

I'm located in Markham and am looking for local people to help out, as the first few client orders I'd like you to come to my house so I can show you what needs to be done, and after we're both comfortable we'd need to meet to exchange the materials/instructions. This is a creative position, so you would need to be very finicky about the quality of your work (I'm pretty anal and need to send out a high quality product!) and would need to be able to complete the order within a specified timeline so I can send the order to my clients.

I wanted to post on here since many of us made our own wedding stuff when we got married and are therefore creative, and because we've got the same mindset about babies (how much work they are, etc). This job wouldn't start right now as I'm still on mat leave and need to work out some details, but I'm trying to find out if there's any interest out there for this type of work. If not, I'll have to rethink where I'll look for employees. If you're interested please email me at info@chantalclaire.com.

I so wish I could help you, but I don't live anywhere near Markham.  I would love, love to be part of what you do, seeing as how I think you're crazy talented and all

Thanks Kiwi! I'll keep you in mind, as my husband and I were discussing potentially hiring out of town people to help as well at some point (we'll see how things work out). And thanks for the compliment too!

How much work would be involved? How many hours a week?
