Hi Girls!!

I am getting fake lashes put on for my wedding. I was wondering if anyone is planning to do the same? I am quite a emotional person and I know I will be a basketcase on my wedding day......what glues and such are you guys using to keep the lashes on???? I heard the glue from MAC is really good, has anyone used it??

Please help cause I'm really wanting to wear lashes!!

The glue from mac is really good... it's surgical adhesive so it's pretty strong! You'd have to double check with them, but I think it's waterproof as well...

Thank you!! I think I will most likely buy my glue from there.

The MAC is great stuff.  I used it in the last show I was in where I had to wear these ridiculously long and annoying lashes.  They stayed on the whole show, and while they obstructed my vision and made my eyelids heavy, they never came off!  Here is a pic of those crazy things (just because they were so ridiculous!  As was the eye shadow!)

I figure if those stayed on for two hours of singing, dancing and sweating for a show, the MAC glue will keep normal lashes on for a wedding day!

WOW, LOL!
How could you keep your eyes open

I am also considering fake lashes, never wore a pair before and I am concerned with allergies. I usually use hypoallergenic make-up...

The makeup artist I went to for my wedding also said the same -- MAC is the WAY to go for the lashes and the glue!!!!

I also used Mac, but I decided to go with the half lash which I liked a lot!
