Thank you for reading my post. I have an unique situation.
I was married on August 1, 2008. Unfortunately my florist did not deliver on what she promised. Besides not setting up or decorating my ceremony location or gazebo, she did not use the main flowers chosen for our theme. There were a number of other issues that we had. So she agreed to meet with us and discuss. In the meeting shes agreed to reimburse me for the fifteen bags of rose petals she charged me (she only brought 3 bags) and to reimburse me for part of the cost of the arrangements.
The arrangements she made me turned out to literally be half the size that was promised and did not include the six white cala lilies or red roses that she charged for in her estimate. Both very expensive flowers. So she has agreed that if I get three different quotes from three different venders in the Toronto or Durham area, she will reimburse me the difference of the cost. So as an example, if she charged me $100 for one arrangement, and I received three estimates of an average of $75 the same arrangement, she will reimburse me $25.
That's why I am asking for your help. Please take a look at the photos of the arrangements she made for our wedding. And if you can please spear a moment of your time to help me, please send me an estimate to silvercola@yahoo.com. I am not asking anyone to be cheap, just estimate what you would honestly charge. I've told her that I would definitely apologize if shes charged me reasonably in compare to other vender's. But considering that her estimate included arrangements twice the size with cala lillies and roses, I feel very confident that I was overcharged. There are three sizes that we need quoted:
4 small arrangemets
2 large arrangements
1 gazebo center
Again I would appreciate it if you can help me. Thank you

Your flowers are lovely however I can see your dilema when you did not get the flowers you asked for. I only know that if they were callas etc and real flowers the cost would have been a lot. I am sorry I cannot estimate the cost as I don't do real flowers but she did a lovely job of them my only comment is that if she could not have delivered what you wanted she should have discussed it with you before hand so you were not surprised when you did not get what you wanted.

| Thank you. The flowers were lovely but unfortunately not what I paid for. Even my wedding planner agrees that her arrangements should have cost nearly half the price considering the size and the missing callas and roses.
