I think a great gift is a short spa day for both, that way they can enjoy the day together, its reasonable in price and you know its something they would never get for themselves.

I would also suggest spa gift cards (www.wayspa.com). Or if they like to read a book you think they'd like. Gift cards work well too, you can get a whole variety of them at most Shopper's Drug Mart stores.

I think flowers and a gift card are great - make the gift card to a favourite store, a place where they would treat themselves, or a nice restaurant.
You could also do a bottle of wine with two glasses if they enjoy wine.
Or you could do a little gift basket - chocolates, wine or sparkling cider, other goodies.

I have to say that is really nice of you to even think about getting them something! I only say this because I threw a shower for a friend and didn't even get a "Thank You" from her- not a card NOTHING. Sorry, little vent lol. I personally would maybe treat my mom to a mani/pedi or facial and my MOH to a gift card for a restaurant or something (she is so low key it makes gift buying difficult lol!). Een having a girls lunch-in to thank them would be appreciated!
