This is probably a long shot, but, does the hospital give you the info onthis stuff??

Our hospital did ... we filled out the forms before we left. I would check with the L & D to see if they do. But you can print them off the CRA's website too if they don't. I can find the link later.

Thanks so much for all your help!!!  Yes, I included a copy of her birth cert & anything else they asked to be included.I will keep checking my account and hope it comes ; ) Sooo should I be looking for an additional $100 from the Universal Tax credit too? Thanks again- Christina
