I like option #1 better. It's more clear. I like the periods in between the RSVP but I don't think you need them.

My vote is for #1, I think #2 has too much at the top and I think the 'Respond By' should be at the bottom. Oh and no periods between the RSVP looks better!!

I like #1. do you really think you need to put adults only on it? technically if you dont add children to the invite envelope then they are not invited. I ask only because we are also having a childless wedding, and though only 2 people have kids i was not planning on putting adults only on anything...
